DESCRIPTION:This education program provides advanced instruction in supervi
 sory practice with an emphasis on counselor professional identity\, ethica
 l supervision\, and leadership within the supervisory relationship. The co
 urse examines how transparency and authenticity\, when applied appropriate
 ly\, can enhance supervisee development while maintaining professional and
  ethical boundaries.\n\nParticipants will explore the supervisory role as 
 a model of professional behavior\, focusing on how supervisors communicate
  values\, navigate power dynamics\, and foster psychological safety. The p
 rogram addresses the distinction between appropriate professional transpar
 ency and boundary violations\, emphasizing ethical decision-making in supe
 rvisory self-disclosure.\n\nContent includes structured reflective storyte
 lling as a supervision tool\, allowing supervisors to model professional g
 rowth\, humility\, and ethical learning without compromising supervisory a
 uthority or objectivity. Participants engage in applied exercises to pract
 ice authentic communication strategies that support supervisee confidence\
 , self-efficacy\, and professional development.\n\nEthical considerations 
 are integrated throughout the program\, including supervision responsibili
 ties\, boundary management\, and alignment with professional counseling st
 andards. Instructional methods include didactic presentation\, guided refl
 ection\, experiential supervision exercises\, and facilitated discussion t
 o support applied learning.\n\nThis program is designed for counselors who
  provide clinical supervision and seeks to strengthen supervisory competen
 ce\, ethical practice\, and professional leadership in counselor supervisi
 on settings.\n\n3 CE hours are available for this course. \nThe Transparen
