DESCRIPTION:Program content includes:\n- Overview of S.A.N.E.© as a clinic
ian-developed integrative framework\n- Review of evidence supporting lifes
tyle and self-management factors in mental health care\n- Discussion of co
gnitive-behavioral principles related to thoughts\, emotions\, and behavio
r\n- Behavior change science\, including habit formation and incremental c
hange strategies\n- Ethical and scope-of-practice considerations when addr
essing lifestyle domains\n- Application of S.A.N.E.© elements to case con

activities for clinical implementation\n \nThis continuing education pro
 gram introduces S.A.N.E.© (Self-care\, Sleep Hygiene\, Spirituality\, Aff
 irmations\, Nutrition\, Exercise)\, a clinician-developed integrative fram
ework designed to support treatment planning\, client engagement\, and adh
erence. The program does not present SANE© as a manualized or empirically
validated psychotherapy. Instead\, it demonstrates how the framework orga
nizes evidence-supported lifestyle and self-management domains that influe
nce mental health outcomes and complement established counseling theories
and practices\, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).\n \nParticipa
nts will explore how incremental behavior change\, cognitive-emotional pro
cesses\, and wellness-based interventions can be ethically and effectively
integrated into the therapeutic process. Emphasis is placed on practical
application within scope of practice\, use of small\, sustainable changes\
, and alignment with evidence-based principles and professional guidelines
